The responsibility of the Grandmaster is to foresee and plan a stable future for the system by gathering resources by which the system can grow and be fruitful.  The Grandmaster is the politician of the system capable of explaining every aspect of the system approach as to answer any questions of concern about the direction of the system to all questioning its validity.  The Grandmaster oversees the operations of the system on a national basis as to acquire additional resources for distribution of the system and its application.  The Grandmaster gathers information necessary to increase the demographics of the system and place that information where it is accessible to the proper personnel in the system.  The Grandmaster delegates tasks to various departments such as :

Marketing

Director of Events & Activities

Chief Instructor

Director of Finance
